Shortly after sunrise you may join in a guided meditation practice prior to engaging in a first Surfasana warmup, getting ourselves primed for surfing.
A natural smoothie later, what follows is up to two hours of fun-filled paddling and surfing, bringing to the waves what we learned on the mat and applying breathing techniques into our surf practice. A full organic breakfast will then wait for us to recharge.
Late morning will be the time for Surf Talks, idea exchanges and surf-clinic style coaching – prior to a delicious organic lunch.
Early to mid-afternoons are yours to enjoy: by the pool, walk down the beach, some more surf, skateboarding in the local skatepark or visit the nearby town of Cabarete.
Mid to late afternoons, we will join in a full Surfasana practice to close the afternoon prior to resting and getting ready for the evening activities marrying beautiful sceneries, fun and artistic expressions.
One afternoon during the week, we will head to Rempark skate park, exchanging water for wheels in an exclusive skateboarding lesson from Marta.
