Through yoga-inspired postures, meditation and breathwork, we emulate the mind-body-surf experience, allowing us to work on our surfing miles from the sea, and cultivate mindfulness in the waves.
Surfasana is not a pre- or post-surfing yoga flow, it is not SUP yoga, it’s not a yoga on the beach practice. Neither is it your classic surf & yoga retreat.
The intention is to go beyond just improving your surfing and yoga during a retreat and being physically fit. Surfasana is intended to positively influence mindful living. Creating habits to take with you long after you leave the shore and step off your mat.
