MEDITATION CLASSES

Our approach to meditation is to provide you with the tools and simple techniques to meditate on your own so you can enjoy its incredible benefits first-hand. We are not gurus, nor do we look at ourselves as meditation teachers. But we meditate a lot, so we are happy to share with you what works for us.

 

Indeed, we’d like to share with you our experience on how to calm the mind, using simple steps we experiment with regularly. This ongoing practice, which starts with a few minutes per day, enables us to expand our ability to quiet the voice/noise in our mind, increasing our focus and awareness, to eventually improve our cognitive and creative abilities – be it in life, on a surfboard or at work.

While meditation is always part of our Surfasana practice, we offer a few specific meditation workshops, in group and/or one-to-one practice sessions. All our techniques are 100% secular. There are plenty of religious or spiritually oriented meditation practices out there, just not ours ;-).

  • The fundamentals of meditation at work workshops (in person and/or online).
  • Ongoing practice series through specific meditation techniques. (in person and/or online).
  • Open-eyes active meditation practice (A beach practice).
